SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Economy — Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days
• Standard — Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via Standard shipping. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Mend & Move is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at farahaliharim@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
